January is here ! Oh my goodness, we have been so very busy in our classroom. Many of the students are doing some  independent reading now. Please make sure  you are  helping your child each night with their vocabulary words. This will certainly help them to read. 

 

In math, we are counting our way to 100. We love counting aloud.Helpful ideas at home might be:

*count pennies

*count beans

*count legos

*count cereal

 

 

Remember these few rules for a HAPPY DAY at SCHOOL

 

 

* Be on time for school each day.

* Bring a  healthy snack to school each day. No cookies ,candy or drink boxes, please !

*Bring your  smile to class each day... we will have our smile on as well.

*Bring a  standard size bookbag to school each day.
