New Before and After School Child Care Provider for 2012/2013 School Year

We are pleased to announce that we have selected AlphaBEST Education to operate our before and after school child care program for Southwest students. Care is provided in the Southwest Gym. Before-school care begins at 7:00AM. After-school care is from dismissal at 2:40 until 6:00PM daily. The AlphaBEST program focuses on five learning zones: fitness, the arts, foreign language, literacy, and technology. Weekly lessons in all five zones enable students to practice and master skills in a fun, social, and interactive environment. Daily homework assistance, snack, and recreation are offered to all students each day.
